We have had some truly magical summer days. Every day seems to have a new, mini experience. Some things are planned and some are spontaneous... and we live in them fully! Raising Butterflies The kids wanted to raise caterpillars to butterflies again this year. We probably kept them a little too long as some of them started mating, but they stuck around long enough for us to watch the entire metamorphosis and then hold them. Family Time and Pop Pop's Birthday Every June we find a time to celebrate Pop Pop's birthday with the whole family. The kids love when they get to see their cousins and swim together. Everyone is a little fishy in the pool. Summer Sleepover The kids wanted to have a sleepover with Mimi and Bupa and their dreams came true. It looks like they had a really fun time together! Blueberry Picking We always try to pick at least one kind of berry every summer. This year, the girls and I went down to the Springfield area to pick blueberries with our friends. Afterwar...
